ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT: All persons, businesses, and organizations supportive of the HOUR Exchange are eligible for membership. As a participating member, your ongoing listing of goods and/or services will be published in the next four issues of the HOUR Trader, and you are entitled to one vote at membership meetings. New participating members are eligible to receive 2 HOURS by mail; renewing members 1 HOUR. Supporting memberships (no listings) are also welcome.
